>Thankful Thursday

Wow, is it Thursday already this week? It's flying by.


I am thankful for

*Rainy days. They are great for staying in and getting things done.

*Vacations. I need one so bad and Mr. wonderful surprised me. We're going on the 30th! Can't wait!

*Pregnancy: My SIL is pregnant and doing awesome! She had her first ultrasound yesterday and their gummy bear is perfect. Thank God!!

*All of my blessings. Josh and I are doing great, Conner is awesome (never sleeping, but still awesome), I have wonderful friends, a nice home, food on the table, some money in the bank (although not a lot but enough). I have wonderful, supportive friends and family. We have truly been blessed.

*New shoes...I needed some new kicks and Josh went out and got me some. now my running shoes are supportive again.

Thankful Thursday

I am thankful for

>I finally got the Canon I've been dying for. I'm not great at getting pics yet but I'm practicing.

We've been keeping busy with play dates. We have at least 3 a week and we love our new friends. Conner is now familiar with the moms and the kids. It's so cute to see him with the older kids.

He has almost 8 teeth. Five are all the way through and three are almost there. Poor kid. He's also cruising (which I may have mentioned) all over the place. I'm terrified that he will walk sooner than later. Honestly, I don't think he'll walk, I think he will RUN.

Here are some random pictures. Yes, he's trying to climb out of the high chair. I took that sleeping picture because I love how he looks when he sleeps; which isn't often.

New camera; new pics

I finally got the Canon I've been dying for. I'm not great at getting pics yet but I'm practicing.

We've been keeping busy with play dates. We have at least 3 a week and we love our new friends. Conner is now familiar with the moms and the kids. It's so cute to see him with the older kids.

With my constant lack of sleep, I'm trying to find things I'm thankful for...My brain hurts

I am thankful for my beautiful, healthy son. I have friends that have children that aren't completely healthy and I don't know how they do it. I can't imagine having to watch Conner seize or being hooked up to tons of machines.

I LOVE my husband. Sometimes, he doesn't do much to help me but he's my biggest fan and I adore him.

I am thankful that our old house sold. It's such a huge weight off of our shoulders.

I am so glad that I kept my real estate license up to date. I don't make a ton of money selling property but I do have 2 closings this month and it definitely helps. It gives me something to do and a way to (somewhat) contribute.

I'm so thankful that Conner is playing independently right now. He's so stinking cute and I'm having such a wonderful time being his mom.

I'm thankful to Shannon for starting the Thankful Thursday. I need to reflect on the positive.

I'm grateful for our playgroup. Conner and I have made some great friends.

I am thankful for my beautiful, healthy son. I have friends that have children that aren't completely healthy and I don't know how they do it. I can't imagine having to watch Conner seize or being hooked up to tons of machines.

I LOVE my husband. Sometimes, he doesn't do much to help me but he's my biggest fan and I adore him.

I am thankful that our old house sold. It's such a huge weight off of our shoulders.

In light of all of the negative going on right now, I'm going to take some time and reflect on what I'm thankful for.

*I'm thankful for my hubby. He is a wonderful guy and I'm so glad he's mine.
*I'm thankful that I am lucky enough to stay at home with out HEALTHY little man. It's truly a privileged and I wouldn't trade the worst day for going back to work.
*I'm thankful for my mom. She always listens to me (even when I say the same thing 247385289395399 times). She's never judgmental and takes me as I am.
*I'm thankful that the old house is not ours anymore. One mortgage is much easier to handle.
*I'm thankful to the God I serve. He is merciful, forgiving and all loving. Without him, I'd be nothing.
