>I twink it's time for a blog makeover. I don't mean appearance (although I will be changing my layout again). When I started this blog, it was used to express my emotions and it helped me get through a really tough time in my life. Now, I barely put words in my posts and only pictures. While I love the pictures of Conner, I don't feel like I'm using this for the same purpose that it was created under. I don't have a sick baby, a difficult marriage or anything necessarily "negative" in my life but I still have trials and I don't ever express any of that here. I usually type a sentence or 3 and then I'm done. I slap some photos up and hit post. I'm going to stop doing that. Not every post will be "nice" or "friendly" and I'm sure that some readers will judge me but they are not in my shoes. I'm going to use this to vent and celebrate.

Thankful Thursday...one day late


*I am thankful for my jogging stroller. It gives me a good half hour of peace every day. Conner LOVES to be outside in it and I get to walk/run.
*I am thankful for easy dinner. Josh made dinner last night and the night before he ate mac N Cheese.
*On that note, I am thankful for a laid back hubby. He doesn't complain much.
*I am thankful that my ILs are on vacation right now. They really bother me (especially since all of the drama that they created) and now I don't have to bother with them this weekend or next.
*I am thankful that we're on vacation in one week!
*I'm thankful that my family will be joining us. Can't wait!!!
*I'm thankful that Conner loves to play and he plays independently. It insures that I get Thankful Thursday done.
*I am thankful that we have a nice house, food on our table, money in the bank and love in our home.
*I'm VERY thankful that I can stay home with Conner. I miss work but THIS is much better.

>Josh has wanted a motorcycle for as long as I have known him. He has specifically wanted a Harley Davidson. I always told him that we had a Harley but he had 4 legs and not 2 wheels. Well, we discussed it and decided that it was time. He went on Saturday and bought his bike. He's so proud of it.

I also don't remember if I ever posted an "after" of the front of our house. Now we have landscaping and an American flag. It's much better.
