My mom brought some of my baby pictures to me at Christmas time. When I look at them, I see my son. He's not all me but he sure looks like me and here's my proof!

>Thankful Thursday

This is getting harder for me. It's not that I'm not thankful for things but I just have a hard time finding new things that I'm thankful for.

*Coffee. Many days I don't think I'd be able to wake up without it. The first sip is the best one!
*New friends. I have been making new friends lately and I love it. These women are amazing women and we all have things in common. It seems like we're all in the same chapter of our lives.
*Nap time. Nap time gives me a chance to work out, sleep, clean. Whatever I need or want to do that day.
*New babies. One of our very good friends just became parents and their new baby girl is just precious. She's so, so little and so sweet. (no it did not make my ovaries hurt. I'm totally not ready for number 2).
*gym clothes. I typically wear gym clothes every day (unless we have a play group or somewhere to go). I'm so glad I have so many too b/c my clothes still don't fit right.
*P90X. I just started this yesterday. It sucks but in the best way possible. It's SO hard. It will get me in shape.

Thankful Thursday

>Conner had his 9 month checkup today. My little guy is, well, little. He weighs 17lbs 6oz and is 27 inches long. His head is 17in around. What a peanut! His breathing and ears are "beautiful" according to Dr. Thrower. They pricked his finger to get some blood to check for an iron deficiency and he has one so now he's on iron until his 12 month appt when they recheck.

Overall, a good appt. He's growing just as he should be.

This is going to be hard for me. I hate self reflection and deciding things like this but I'm definitely up for the challenge.

1. Friendly. I swear I can find a friend anywhere I go. I love meeting new people and making new friends.
2.Caring. I care so much about so many people. I care about people that I've never even met. Josh tells me all the time that I care too much about strangers and that I need to NOT cry for them b/c I don't know them. He doesn't understand how I can possibly care for someone I don't know.
3. Thoughtful. I am constantly doing sweet things for people that I care about. I send e-cards, pick up little gifts and help others when I can.
4. Honest. My life is an open book. I am honest, even when it may hurt. If someone asks my opinion I do my best to give them just that.
5. Talkative. I love to talk. I say it's my worst feature. I talk too much. I really do.
6.fun. I like to think I'm fun. I seem to have fun wherever I go.
7. Motivated. Once I put my mind to something, there is no stopping me. I am very motivated to achieve the things I decide to do.
