Weekend News

What a gorgeous weekend. Saturday was really uneventful around here. Josh helped Rusty and Janice move but it was SO nice that Conner and I couldn't not take advantage of the weather. We played outside and went to the park. Saturday night, we stayed in for dinner and watched a movie. Josh was pretty tired after the move. I imagine that climbing 4 flights of stairs repeatedly will do that to a guy. Sunday, we woke up bright and early (thanks to our little alarm clock Conner). We had breakfast at Waffle House. We thought that Conner would nap but he had other plans so we got in the car and headed toYellow River Game Ranch. Conner loved chasing the ducks, chickens, roosters and peacocks. He really didn't like when the animals took the food from him. He'd scream "mine" at them. How hilarious! He really hated when the squirrel would take the peanut. He would yell and chase it! He loved seeing all of the animals. Guess what? He barely slept all day or night. What is THAT?! Only my child. Ha!

When we got home, Conner played outside and Josh grilled steaks for dinner. YUM
